Program
Trajectory Golf Alerts is the text-message program of Trajectory Golf LLC, an indoor golf simulator club in Bastrop, TX. Texts come from (833) 691-4653. We send two kinds of texts, and each has its own opt-in — you choose one, both, or neither.
1. Membership updates (account texts)
How you opt in: tick the “text me membership updates” box on our /reserve page. The box is unchecked by default and is optional.
What you receive: automated texts about your own founding membership —
- a confirmation when your founding spot is reserved,
- a reminder 7 days before your first charge on opening day,
- a notice if a card on file is missing, expiring, or a payment fails,
- replies to questions you text us.
Up to 4 messages per month. These texts never contain offers or promotions.
2. News & offers (marketing texts)
How you opt in: tick the “text me occasional news and offers” box on /reserve (unchecked by default, optional), or text GOLF to (833) 691-4653.
What you receive: occasional automated marketing texts — the opening date, events, leagues, and promotions.
Up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency varies.
Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can reserve a founding membership without ticking either box — we will email you instead. Ticking one box never enrolls you in the other kind of text.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation text and no further texts of either kind. To start again, text START (account texts) or GOLF(news & offers).

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
