1. Acceptance
By reserving a founding membership, joining our waitlist, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What we're selling
Trajectory Golf is an indoor golf simulator club planned to open in Bastrop, Texas in Q1 2027. A founding reservation locks in a discounted "founder" monthly membership rate that's valid for the life of your continuous membership. Reservations are limited to the first 50 founders.
3. Deposit and refunds
A reservation requires a $99 deposit, charged at signup via Stripe. The deposit is:
- Applied to your first month of dues when the facility opens.
- Refundable in full, at any time, by emailing hello@trajectory-golf.com before opening day.
- Fully refundable if we don't open by the end of the calendar year following the target opening (Q1 2027), no questions asked.
4. Monthly dues
Monthly membership fees begin on opening day, not at signup. Your founding rate, set at the time of reservation, is locked for as long as your membership stays continuously active. Standard rates apply if your membership lapses for more than 30 days and is later restarted.
Memberships are month-to-month, billed in advance. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice via the member portal or by email. No cancellation fee.
5. Use of the facility
When the facility opens, members agree to:
- Use the bays for personal recreational golf practice and play only; no commercial instruction or filming without prior written permission.
- Treat the space, equipment, and other members with respect; reasonable care for the simulators, hitting surfaces, and lounge.
- Honor your booked time slot; cancel at least 6 hours before start time to free the bay for other members.
- Not share or transfer your access credentials. Guests must be accompanied and counted against your monthly allowance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership that violates these terms, after one written warning except in cases of damage to property or harm to other members.
6. Liability and risk
Golf, including simulator play, carries inherent risks of injury. Members assume all risk and release Trajectory Golf LLC from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of normal use of the facility, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Trajectory Golf.
Trajectory Golf's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the member in the 12 months preceding any claim. No indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Intellectual property
The Trajectory Golf name, logo, website content, and photography are owned by Trajectory Golf LLC. Members may share casual photos and videos of their own play; please tag us on social if you do. Commercial use of our brand requires written permission.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice to active members (via email and the member portal). If you disagree with a change, your remedy is to cancel before the change takes effect — your deposit and any prepaid dues will be refunded on a prorated basis.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bastrop County, Texas. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
