Who we are
Trajectory Golf LLC ("Trajectory Golf," "we," "us") operates trajectory-golf.com and the member portal at trajectorygolf.optixapp.com. We're a Bastrop, Texas indoor golf simulator club opening Q1 2027. Contact: hello@trajectory-golf.com.
What we collect, and when
- Email address — when you join the free waitlist on this site, or when you sign up for a founding membership in the member portal.
- Name, phone, billing details — collected by our member portal (Optix) during membership signup, not on this website.
- Payment information — card details are collected and stored by Stripe during membership signup. We never see or store your card number.
- Site usage data — anonymized analytics (page views, referrer, device type, rough geography) via PostHog, Vercel Analytics, and Plausible. No third-party advertising cookies are placed unless you arrive via a campaign that uses Meta Pixel or Google Tag (currently disabled).
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Provide membership services and bay access once we open.
- Send construction updates, opening-day details, and member-only announcements via email.
- Process deposits and recurring membership payments via Stripe.
- Understand which sections of the site are useful (anonymized).
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. We don't share your email with other businesses for their marketing.
Who else sees your data
We use these third-party services to run the business — each receives only what they need for their function:
- Optix — member portal and bookings (email, name, phone, membership details)
- Stripe — payment processing (card data, billing details)
- Vercel — website hosting (anonymized request logs)
- PostHog — anonymized product analytics
- Plausible — privacy-first, cookieless analytics (used for the public total visitors counter)
Your rights
You can at any time:
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to delete your account, your lead record, or your newsletter subscription.
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message we send.
- Cancel a membership with 30 days' notice — see the Terms.

Cookies
We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for site functionality and anonymized analytics. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies at this time. If we add ad-platform tracking later, this section will be updated and visitors in regions that require it will see a consent prompt.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top and, for material changes, email founding members directly. Continued use of the site or membership after a change means acceptance of the updated policy.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
